I have had strange heart palpitations the past two nights alongside a pain in my eye that feels like a grain of sand in it. Now that my eye is almost fully healed I have such a Terrible headache I can t even stand. It feels as though there is a spike through the center of my forehead. The palpitations continue. What could this be?

Hello Welcome to HCm Thanks for posting your query.It seems that you are having episodes of atrial fibrillation intermittently.Terrible headache might be due to increased blood pressure.
To confirm all these,you need to consult a cardiologist as soon as possible and do an ECG,2D-ECHO and treadmill test done as soon as possible.
