Certainly as long as it doesn t cost me anything! I have been feeling very sleepy and lethargic with heart palpatations and a feeling that my head is going to blow off. Almost like a pressure as if someone is choking my neck if you will type pressure especially while lying down. I take bp meds and I don t always do that in a timely way. I have nodules on my thyroid and wonder if that is the problem. Seems I m just problem-matic in my older age??? I am 58, I feel great other than these symptoms that are now starting to bother me. Oh...I also have had a partial Hysterectomy...one overy? Thank you. Hope you can answer.
Hi welcome to HCM I understand your concern.Your symptoms are suggestive of ischemic changes in the brain secondary to dyselectrolytemia.Get an MRI brain and serum electrolytes, blood sugars, ecg immediately to confirm the diagnosis. You may need to check even your thyroid levels.Electrolyte supplementation with diuretics, anxiolytics and regular antihypertensive medication is mandate in your case.monitor your blood pressure regularly.consult your neurologist for expert management and review with reports.Post your further queries if any.Thankyou
