Suggest Treatment For Heart Palpittions

i have the feeling like my heart stops then kicks really hard almost like someone hooked jumpers cables up to it, and i have shortness of breath that feels like I have an elephant on my chest and I have to raise my arms to get a good breath. I have been diagnosed with tachycardia and am taking toprol xl to help, im also on florinef for low bp but oddly enough my bp was 140/88 today, could my meds be causing my heart to do this or my bp irregularity ?

- A resting ECG and a cardiac ultrasound to examine your heart function and structure
- An ambulatory 24-48 hours ECG monitoring to investigate for cardiac arrhythmia
- Complete Blood Count for anemia
- Thyroid hormone levels for thyroid gland dysfunction
- Cortisol plasma levels for adrenal gland dysfunction
- Blood electrolytes for any possible imbalance
