Suggest Treatment For Heat Boils On Eye Lids With Itching And Pain

Hi Doctor, I am getting heat boils on my eye lids (both upper and lower) for past 6 to 8 months frequently i.e. 20 or 30 days. This gives me lot of itching and pain. I haven t taken any medicines yet because it goes after 3 or 4 days.I understand that I should get some medication to cure this permanantly. Can you please advise what could be the possible cause. My body heat is high I beleive because I use to get such heat boils on by back of my body. Regards, Praveen.

Hi
If I Come across such a case, I will first suggest to strictly follow eye hygiene.
No touching by unclean hands .
No eye cosmetics.
No water splashing in eyes.
Minimal use of soap or any detergent around eyes.
Now we can do warm compress also.
All these may lower the incidence of any lid infection.
