Suggest Treatment For Heat Boils On Inner Thigh And Buttock

hello.. i'm got two heat boils on myneck.. it reduced.. then recently one has come in the inner part of thigh and another on left buttock.... both of them got ruptured and puss comes in a while.. i'm applying safromacin and metrogyl gel... what more should i do ??? i want to get reduced within 2 days..

Hi

You seem to have developed lesions of folliculitis . This is basically an infection of the hair follicle . You need to keep the affected area clean and dry . Wash it with an antiseptic lotion twice a day .
Apply a topical antibiotic cream like neosporin over the affected areas twice a day .
You might need a course of oral antibiotics in case the lesion tends to persist or increase .
