OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.Heavy irregular periods can be due to hormonal disturbances like hypothyroidism, fibroids or some pathology in the uterus, local lesions in cervix or vagina including cervical cancer, or dysfunctional uterine bleeding.
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated including hormonal profile, ultrasound and pap smear and get properly treated.
In the meantime, to control the bleeding, you can take tranexemic acid tablets.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.

Dr Deepti Verma
