Suggest Treatment For Heavy Breathing And Pulsing Neck After The Fever

My daughter has had a fever for 3 days, she s seen a GP today who said just to monitor her fever and prescribed no antibiotics. However I m now worried as she is sleeping and breathing normal albeit little heavy and her veins in her neck are pulsating. Should i be worried? She is 3years old.

Thanks for the query
Please continue to give her medication to bring down the fever if she is getting it (syp paracitamol provided her temp is more than 37.5 Degree C/100 Degree F, which can be repeated after every 5 hours depending on her fever.
Keep her in a room which is not very warm/not very cold.
It seems because if her fever she is having a faster heart beat which you see in the form of pulsating neck (neck arteries ).
It does not seems to be worrisome at all from your details.
i hope my answer is helpful to you.
God bless
