Hi I was diagnosed with two fibroids about 5 years ago..iv always had heavy painful periods.i was given merina coil but that didnt work out.now my periods are twice a month, heavy with large clots and painful...im feeling drained all the time and my responses are slow..you know im abit dopey and very sensitive...any advice

If bleeding is heavy you can take drugs like Tranexemic acid for symptomatic relief. Generally, the symptoms will settle by them self. In severe cases you can consult a gynecologist and get evaluated.
