Suggest Treatment For Heavy Menstrual Periods And Hair Fall

hi,i am a 39 year old female.i have been getting unexplained bruise for at least a year now,i often wake with them.some are small purple dots and others are large and turn purple and black in a few hours.in september i lost a huge patch of hair and although its now growing back,im still losing loads all over my head and my hair is thin and scalp very visible through hair strands all over.my hair is also just snapping off.also in september my period changed dramtically,it was always regular and lasted 2 days with very light bleeding before,but since september it extremley heavy and im bleeding every day in patches when it should be stopped,the last 3 months ive had bleeding from my bottom too.my face skin colour has also changed a little,although around my eyes are tinged yellow on the skin and getting darker.i dont have the same energy i had before and tire easy and get achy all over and a sore back and headaches daily almost.
