Suggest Treatment For Heavy Menstruation

Doctor advised to take regestrone 5 mg regularly to manage Heavy period. I moved to South African country where that tablet is not available. I checked with Pharmacy and advised that Utovlan 5 mg ( Norethisterone, Pfizer) is good substitite. Can I use to manage my monthly heavy periods?

Thanks for the query.
As both regesterone and utolvan contain same drug, if you use tablets as per your doctor's advice, there may not be much difference.
