Hello doctor. I am 24 years old. I have been getting really heavy periods from last 9 years. Changing 1 pad in 30-35 minutes. & I do have lot of pain & cramping too.Feeling very weak & dizzy all the time. My period lasts for 10 days. Took loads of medications as in oral contraceptive pills & then few shots - sylate-m & pause but they don t seem to help. All my tests; ultrasound scans, diagnostic hysteroscopy shows that everything is normal. No cysts, fibroids or any such thing. What should I do? Please help.
