Suggest Treatment For Heavy Vaginal Bleeding, Ovarian Cysts And Back Pain

Paragard was removed. Spotted. Two days lates heavy bleedinG. Ovarian Pain is horrible and i know its from cysts, but my low back is killing me along w flow! When is this a concern! I get up i my vision get blurry .. How long will this take to improve? Ab pain is radiating to right side now middle!

Thanks for trusting us with your health concern. With such heavy bleeding and pain, I would ask you to see your health care provider immediately and get proper management. The radiation of the pain suggests that there could be a possibility of cyst rupture. This needs immediate detection and management. The simultaneous occurrence of blurred vision can be due to depleted blood volume and electrolytes and also due to a torsion or rupture of cyst. You need a sonogram, blood counts and coagulation profile. Further management can be planned accordingly. Hope this helps.
