If I were your treating physician, I would advise you for your bleeding the following medications:
• Cap.
Tranexamic acid 500mg three times daily for 4-7days. It will actively stop bleeding.
• Tab.
Ponstan (
mefenamic acid) for 4-7 days. It is also help in stopping heavy bleeding.
