Suggest Treatment For Hematoma On Left Shin After An Injury
Fell in shower 12 days ago; large 2 X 2 scabbed hematoma on left shin immediately; black on surface, hard. At day 11, lower edge of black scab loosened and about 200 - 250 ml of red blood ran out. I ve seen many hematomas but never one that is HARD, black like a scab.

There is blood collected inside the hematoma. If all the blood has drained out then it is now likely to heal on its own in 2 weeks.
