Suggest Treatment For Hemiplegic Migraines Causing Stroke Symptoms

Hemiplegic migraines that are causing stroke symptoms that last for hours. What should I do? I cant see because of blind spots in my peripheral vision and my right side of my body falls asleep. My face droops for hours after the attack. What should I do?
