Suggest Treatment For Hemorrhagic Cysts Inside A Bulky Uterus

My utérus is bulky,antverted,measuring, 11.3×7.7×8.2cm.multiple lesions of variable size seen in uterine myometrium largest measuring 3.4×3.9×3.6cm.due to mass effect by lesion endometrium is not clearly cervix is normal, measuring 2.5cm.in diameter. Ovaries - both ovaries are normal in size and follicular pattern. A cyst of size -.5×1.8 cm.with thin internal septation seen in left ovary ,suggest of hemorrhagic cyst. Minimal pod collection seen. What s my problem. Please kindly advise me

The details given point to presence of multiple fibroids in the myometrium. One of those appears to be fairly big. The presence of fibroids can cause pressure symptoms and heavy bleeding. Since there is no mention of your age as well as any related symptoms, it is difficult give an opinion. However, if there are troublesome symptoms then surgery is one of the major treatments considered. It is better if you consult your gynecologist and follow his/her advise. Thanks.
