Understanding your concern. as per your query you have symptoms of hemorrhoid by anal area which can occurs due to various reasons like constipation, diarrhea and overweight. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to give cold compresses to inflamed area , take ibuprofen or paracetamol for pain and inflammation and apply cream containing anesthesia before passing stool to reduce the pain. You should consult general physician for proper examination. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics if there is infection , and may recommend therapy like laser therapy or sclerotherapy. You should stop taking spicy food and start taking more fruits and liquid diet specially at night to keep stool soft. Sometimes hard stool cause puncture in inflamed tissue and cause bleeding that where probability of infection increase. Radish juice will be very helpful.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
