Suggest Treatment For Hemorrhoids
So I have hemorrhoids and I have had them for awhile now, but I have these new bumbs that are surrounding my anus but not on it and they are somewhat painful....and I don t know what they are. I am sexually active and I am worried it could be a std...help

i think your question is bit incomplete.
haemorrhoids big term misused commonly. for the lay man every thing around perianal area is haemorrhoids, but its not true.
haemorrhoids are of two types
1. internal: it causes painless bleedind
2: external: it causes painful perianal swelling.
fissure in ano can also cause painful stool alond with skin tag.
you said that your are sexually active but didn't mentioned that you are going for ano receptive intercourse or not? in ano receptive intercourse you may have STD.
you need to consult general surgeon
