Suggest Treatment For Hernia With Green Mucus & Diarrhea

I had a ventral hernia repair in October 2013. In January 2014, had surgery again related to MRSA. Dr left my incision opened. 3 weeks ago, Dr cultured my wound and came back positive for enterobacter species. I was given Cipro 500mg BID for 7 days. Still having a lot of green mucus drainage. I am very concerned. My UA came back positive for UTI today. Waiting on C&S. Having a lot of diarrhea with moderate amount of blood.

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history ventral hernia repair in Oct 2013 and surgery related to MRSA in Jan 2014. Doctor left thewound open and the culture came back positive for for enterobacter for which Cipro 500 was given for seven days in BD dosages. Still have green mucus discharge and there us UTI too.
This indicates that there is an infection of both the sites,
I a sure that your Surgeon and the team of Doctors will give you an appropriate further antibiotic, metronidazole and gram negative coverage. Follow the advise stringently.
