Suggest Treatment For Herpes

I have a chicken pox-like outbreak on both arms that I am very concerned about, from what I have researched it appears I have some type of Herpes Simplex infection of some type. This is the second outbreak of this infection, the first occurred around Sept. 10 of 2016 with the exact same symptoms. Can anyone help me?

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi.
As per your case history you are having herpes simplex infection.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't squeeze the lesions as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
3. Take an oral acyclovir 400 mg three times a day for 5 days.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics, topical acyclovir given only after consulting a dermatologist.

Thanks.
Dr. Harshit bhachech.
MBBS, DDVL.
