Suggest Treatment For High BP With Chest Pain

should I go to the er if my bp is 189/110 , i have stints already and take bystolic,plavix,chlorthalidone and had arm pressure all day and chest pain.My wife tried to drive me , and after 4 aspirin I talked her into going home , bp has been going down but no significant amount.

Dear Sir,

With BP 189/110 and chest pain you should immediately refer to ER. Otherwise there is a risk of heart attack or stroke.
