Suggest Treatment For High BP With Swelling In Feet

I am suddenly experiencing extremely high blood pressure (166/124;146/118) when my blood pressure usually runs well within normal range. I have had severe swelling (quadruple in size) and pain in my feet (to the point where I have had difficulty walking). I ve also had moderate heartburn consistently the past week and extreme anxiety. My doctor performed an EKG and it said Old Anterior Infarct but he said that it looked fine. They have done nothing as far as treatment. I m a little freaked out.
