Suggest Treatment For High BP

Hi. I am a African American 51 yr. old female. I am an elementary school teacher with a difficult 2nd grade class. This past Thursday I checked my blood pressure at the local pharmacy and it read 155/99. I checked again today and it was 176/97. I've never had a problem with my pressure, however, hypertension does run in my family on my mother's side. How concerned should I be?

Hello,

I had gone through the case and found that you must be concerned because-
family history
age factor
stress and all.

So go for deep breathing exercise, yoga and avoid preservative food items.
It will help to reduce the pressure, if not then take tablet Amlodipin 5mg daily morning.

Hope my advice will be effective for you.

Thanks
