But after 6 yr in my blood Dr said that I have potassium 5.8 My new Dr put me on amaldopine 5MG since last 15 days But blood pressure goes to 145-87was
You have high potassium level and lisinopril was no longer a good treatment option. So your doctor changed it to amlodipine. If you still have high blood pressure you can discuss with your doctor to add the second medication. It could be again metoprolol, if you have discontinued it or a diuretic. Hope I could help you. Wish you good health.
