My blood pressure has never been high but the past 2 days it has been 136/96 and 140/90. I also have lightheadedness, extreme mood swings, very emotional and headaches. What could cause this ? Also, I have had 2 menstraul cycles for the month of January ans still spotting with cramps, and lower back pain. Every time I stand I get extremely dizzy and I even get dizzy while sitting.
