Suggest Treatment For High Blood Pressure , Dizziness And Blurred Vision

I developed a sometimes uncomfortable knot in my neck that I can feel my heart beat in, very high blood pressure, dizziness and passed out. My vision has been getting more blurry. My head, especially the top of my head hurts for over 3 months and I can hardly walk at times. I was diagnosed with POTS but the doctor found out I am salt intolerant. What do I do now. The headaches are bad at times and I was also diagnosed 7 years ago with RA and Lymes. Please can you help me?

Hello!

Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!

I passed carefully through your question and would explain that your symptoms could be related to orthostatic intolerance.

Anxiety seems to be playing an important role in all this clinical scenario too.

Coming to this point, I would recommend trying sertraline to help with headaches and blood pressure fluctuations.

Hope to have been helpful!

Wishing good health,

Dr. Iliri
