i am diabetic for the last 15 years and my age is 47 years. i was not having any blood pressure problem till last six months or so but recently i checked my blood pressure and it was 160 over 98.is it ok or i should consult doctor.furhter i go for morning walk daily and i walk brisk. should i contnue it?
