Suggest Treatment For High Blood Pressure While On Dialysis

My mother has just started dyalsis,she is on 5 different BP medications. Her BP is lower than ususal. They told me to hold her BP medications on the days she has dialysis until she gets home from treatment.She takes Hydralazine 25 mg. 3 times aday, Isosorbide 30 mg. 1 aday, Amlodipine 10 mg. 1 aday, Atenolol 25 mg. 1 aday ,Methyldopa 500 mg. twice aday. They told me to only give her the Isosorbide before dialysis. Her BP has been running around 140/60 since she started Dialysis.

Hello, Welcome to HCM
Dialysiis causes decrease in blood pressure so you have to decrease medictions just afyer her dialysis and then gradually increase them over time according to blood pressure.
