Suggest Treatment For High Blood Pressure
I have what is called white coat syndrome and when I go to a doctor my blood pressure goes up passed the 140/88 a driver can have. Sometimes it might go as high as 155/95. I take my pressure at home and print out the graft and take it to my doctor. My pressure is 116 / 67 up to 130/76 so my doctor said he doesn t want to give me more medicines . I hear more and more people have this problem so just wondering if nitro glycerin could help keep it low while taking an exam
