Hi
I am sorry for your unstable blood pressure but you don't have too worry too much as it is just a little bit upper then normal
In my opinion you should avoid salt and fats in your diet
Avoid physical stress during these days
Dont worry too much, there are no reason to hurry up
Contact your doctor if blood pressure is still high even if you don't abuse with your diet you may need to start treatment (ace inhibitors)
Hope my answer helps you
Regards
