Suggest Treatment For High Blood Pressure

I am a 50 year old woman with high blood pressure. I am 5 11 and weigh 400 pounds. I am always hungry no matter what I eat or how much, 30 min. after eating I feel like I have not eaten all day. I am very tired all the time and my body tempter averages 94-95 degrees. My blood sugar is good. Can my weigh gain, tiredness, low body temp, and hunger be related to thyroid problems? Thank you for your help

Hello.

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

I read carefully your query.

Yes,all your symptoms can be related to an underactive thyroid gland (Hypothyroidism). In this condition ,thyroid gland doesn't produce enough thyroid hormones.
I would suggest to get tested for hypothyroidism.
You need to test thyroid function : fT3, fT4 and TSH.
If fT3,fT4 are low and TSH is high ,then you have hypothyroidism.

Hope this helps.
Kind regards,
Dr.Rovena Murati
