My daughter is 4 months old for last few days she was having very high fever 104F along with severe chest congestion & infection instool with 10-15 Pus cells, Mucus Present , Yeast cells present. Doctor gave her I/v treatment of Monocef 250 mg for last 1 week having control along with antipyretic & nebulisation. Now chest congestion & fever is OK but stool infection is still persisting with 8-10 Pus cell , watery stools , Yeast cells present along with mucus . kindly suggest what to do now?
