Suggest Treatment For High Fever, Cough, Body Chills And Headache

I am 16 years old and I have this cold that has been going on about 3 weeks now and I am on antibiotics that my doctor gave me. I have this terrible cough that makes gag, a stuffed up nose, a high fever, body chills at the same time, and a headache that hasn't went away for about a week now. I've tried everything. help?
