Hi Doctor,
im a 19 years old boy and having problem of increased sexual desires and interest in girls and my studies and other every day life activities are badly affected by this all.Can i just get rid of this all to concentrate on my studies and other routine works?

1. Try writing these thoughts whenever they come.
2. Inhale from 1 nostril and exhale from other. While doing so keep your concentration on the sound and temperature of breath you are inhaling and exhaling. The beauty of this exercise is that our mind can concentrate on 1 thing at a time. So whenever these thoughts come you do this exercise for a minute or two and these thoughts will decrease.
3. Start doing relaxation exercise.
4. It will be difficult in beginning but as you will start doing you will feel better and better.
