Suggest Treatment For High Sugar Levels

Hi i am very much tensed with my sugar levels..m just 28 and have fasting sugar level as 267 and post lunch as 327. I feel freqently to urinate and m thirsty all d time my legs are also painfull most of d time and my eyesight is getting dim day by day..

Dear sir i can understand your concern.
the sugar level what you got is not good at your age.im my opinion yo need to see a doc and under go testing called glycosylated hemoglobin also called Hba1c% which is a better tool to diagnose diabetes.
Honestly, I don't diagnose you with this condition; but it's definitely worth evaluation in these lines since there are many matching symptoms. Please discuss with your treating doctor.
