Suggest Treatment For High Triglycerides And Feeling Lethargic
Hi, From past 2-3 years I have been detected by High Triglycerides in my body.I have not taken any medication till now, I am aged 29 (5.4ft, 72kgs) now. and I do indulge in physical activities very often. Now I have encountered that I feel lethargic very early and feel like taking rest all the time. My physical activities consist of walking 2-3kms everyday, some cycling every week, and doing cardio workout weekly twice for half an hour. I can increase this but I feel lethargic. I do consume alcohol and smoke occasionally (monthly twice) and do indulge in eating lot of chicken weekly 3-4 times. and I have no other ailments. Could you please help and guide on what can be done.

Trylycerides goes up when you consUme carbohydrate and fat rich diet or excess consumption of alcohol .
cut down on all sugary products, carbonated drinks,sweets.
consume small meals with small serving of cereal portion.
avoid fats like butter , cream, full fat dairy products , fried foods ,processed foods.
lean chicken or fish made in less oil are safe to consume.
