I HAD GONE THROUGH your chief complaint and when i found such type of patients in my clinic, i was treating them as following treatment
Uric acid is a compound crystal of carbon, nitrogen, hydrogen and
oxygen.
Gout is a one type of inflammatory arthritic condition in which excess uric acid crystals forms needle shaped tophi in joints leads to hard lumps formation in joint. This gives symptoms like burning sensation, too much pain,
stiffness, and swelling of joints mostly involves big toe.
1. Fresh lemon juice – use of fresh lemon juice in diet cause formation of high amount of
calcium carbonate in our body. This substance reduces inflammation, gouty attack and formation of uric acid levels.
2. Burdock root – it is a one type of herbal remedies used to treat inflammatory arthritic conditions such as gout. Its major characteristics are increases urine excretion with uric acid crystals, reduces inflammatory toxins and other blood toxins. Dosage for use of burdock root is 20 to 30 drops of burdock root tincture with in water (approx 8 oz), three to four times a day for fifteen days.
3. Devil’s claw – it is a one type of remedy which is used as anti inflammatory remedy. Further more, its ability to dissolve uric acid in blood and increases excretion of uric acid is enhanced its usage. The recommended dosage is 500 to 750 mg, three times daily.

Alfalfa sprouts – the major characteristic of alfalfa sprouts is alkaline nature. It increases pH of blood by means of increases alkali city in blood stream which is used to dissolve and neutralize uric acid crystals.
5. Sour black cherries – intake of fresh cherry juice and black cherries helps to prevent formation of crystals in gout and
kidney stones due to high concentration of uric acid levels. It reduces levels of uric acid in serum and blood streams as it have alkaline property. It contains mineral like anthocyanins which has high antioxidant property and anti-inflammatory property that responsible for dissolving uric acid. The recommended dose for black cherries is 1/2 dozen to 2 dozen daily to reduce uric acid level.
6. Grapes - chilled, baked, roasted, juiced, in powdered form or grilled grapes are used to dissolve uric acid level in blood and serum both.
