Suggest Treatment For Hip Joint Pain

I have recently been dx with RA. I am 65 yrs old female. Prior to dx, I experienced increased hig joint pain. At the time dx was Oa in hip.post op, ongoing pain. Pain in soft tissues of anterior thigh into groin, rt worse then left. Pain in knees. Lt Total knee one yr ago, again ?OA. Some relief in knee from Sx. Started methrotrexate in Aug. I m taking 8 pills per week along with cymbalta at night. Pain meds during day. I have done extensive readings on RA. I ve learned most of the time it involves the joints. My problem is not in joint....and in new replaced joint. Labs showed RA dx, is this a atypical dx? OH DEAR, I DON T HAVE ANY MONEY TO PAY YOU. I THOUGHT THIS WAS A FREE CONSULT. IS THERE ANY OTHER OPTIONS I CAN GO TO TO GET SOME ADVICE? THAT MAYBE FREE....THIS MAKES ME SAD..I M LOOKING FOR HELP...THANK YOU

Rheumatologist 's  Response
yes rheumatoid arthritis is a problem of joints, where the joints swell, pain and become stiff.
blood tests may come out positive, however the diagnosis is entirely clinical, so you need to see a rheumatologist, he can tell you whether it is RA and also start you on proper medication for the same.
