Hi,I am Dr. Subhankar Chakraborty (Gastroenterologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My daughter is 11 she started with complaints about her hip hurting her about five years ago. The doctors thought it might be something related to her alignment but that theory was quickly dismissed. Two years later ever so often her noise started bleeding. When I couldn’t get it to stop after an hour had passed I took her to the ER, there they pressed on it and said that I wasn’t applying the right procedure as well as pressure. I took the guide book that was offered read it and started using it whenever her noise started to bleed, which was about once a month, now it’s three times every third month. She makes complaints about feeling sick; nauseated after running and playing with her friends then later she’ll vomit. I have taken her to see the pediatric but they all say they aren’t running any unnecessary test on her young body. Today she looks ashes after I had to pick her up from school for vomiting on a field trip. I would like someone to hear her and help her. I am just her mother and sometimes I feel like I am worrying too much and maybe they are right she’s fine maybe it was something she ate or it could be acid reflux but I don’t know. What if anything, is there for me to do?
