Suggest Treatment For Hives

26yo f, random intermittent hives x 1 wk to lip, elbows, wrists, sides on hips, knees, ankles + scratchy throat w/ bubbles deep in throat, hives 2 diameter w/ irreg borders, painful under the hive but not in the joint. No hx abx, no new meds (thyroid ablation 8/2016, levothyroxine still being increased), no new diet, etc. . Benadryl 25-50 mg q 8-12hrs ATC x 36 hrs w/ minimal results. Chest feels tight on inhale, some SOB, no DOE. + fatigue. Accountant. Stress +. Familial hx lupis, psoriatic arthritis, RA and ulcerative colitis. hydrocort cream temporarily alleviates. No blood work done.

You have chronic intermittent urticaria Detailed workup given below
1. Comlete blood count with absolute Eosinophil count
2. ANTITHYROID ANTIBODIES
3. STOOL TEST
4.ANA
You can start on Tab Hydroxyzine ( Atarax 25 mg ) daily at bed time. In morning you can take Tab Fexofenadine 180( Allegra ) mg daily . Treatment may be modified depending on the lab reports
