Geriatrics Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. Multiple symptoms will require evaluation. Need evaluation for hypothyroidism and anemia.
2. Hoarse throat will require voice rest. Not sure, about locations of MRI or CT scan, an ENT examination of throat is essential.
3. . Occasional blurry vision could be due to dehydration possibly. Look into nutrition closely.
4. Get thyroid hormone profile and hemogram done along with ENT evaluation. Based on reports, further opinion possible.
Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
