I have these tiny holes in my finger tips under my skin, but they don't stick out.The holes are a darker red and surrounded by a faint white. The bigger ones look to be about the size of the little balls in the tips of cheap ballpoint pens and the smaller ones look like someone quickly pierced me with a pin and withdrew, but the hole didn't coagulate. These holes don't hurt at all but they seem to be spreading throughout my other finger tips
