Suggest Treatment For Hot Flushes With Dizziness And Sweating

I have been getting over heated easily. I live in florida and play sports. I also do yard work. I have had 3 instances of over heating in the last 2 mos. the last one was last wed. I was pitching in a softball game, my hands started shaking, I felt very flushed , my face felt on fire. When I batted and ran to first I was really out of breath and couldn t catch it . I began to feel dizzy and sweating profusely so I sat out for the rest of the game. Since then I have been weak, tired, no energy at all and sleepy all the time.
