Suggest Treatment For Hydrocele Fluid Retention

hi i am 20 and have had a hydrocele when i was 14 because of my inflammed testicles. It has been almost 6 years and there is still some fluid or something on my testicles that shapes to my body where they lay(which is almost inbetween my crack). How can i get rid of the extra substance? are there other treatments i should try before surgery?

Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
Noted that you has hydrocele when you were 14 but you have not mentioned the mode of treatment taken.
Also noted that you are 20 years now and still have some problems related to the testicles.
I would advise you the following:
First of all, ultrasound and color Doppler of the scrotum and abdomen to get the exact diagnosis.
Consult Urologist for clinical evaluation and further treatment.
I find this answer helpful
