testicular atrophy. IT would have been a case of
testicular torsion causing secondary hydrocele which was not diagnosed and treated in time.
To clear the doubts about sexual growth, less hair density deepness of eyws ans so no, I would advise you the following:
Consult a Andrologist or an
Urologist.
Get a Physical examination done.
Get the blood hormones levels done
Get ultrasonography and color doppler examination of the scrotum and abdomen too.
I hope you do not have Gynecomastia, get checked for this too.
