Suggest Treatment For Hydrosalpinx

I have been diagnosed with hydrosalpinx many years ago after doing a slapingography.since then, no other exam has diagnosed it, but I have pain in the right side and after my period there is always a watery discharge. This time the watery discharge has some blood. Should I get it removed by a laparoscopy in order to get pregnant? How can I be sure the hydrosalpinx has not gone?

Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. If you wish to conceive now, it is essential that the hydrosalpinx is treated before attempting to conceive. It may be thought that if the other tube is normal and functional, it is sufficient to conceive. the fact here is, even if IVF is contemplated by-passing the tubal function, the fluid in the hydrosalpinx is toxic and may not allow the embryo to implant and thus affect the pregnancy. so, I would ask you to go on with treatment of the hydrosalpinx before attempting to conceive.
