Hello sir, my forehead has turned black and the doctor has prescribed momate s cream to treat it...After usage of this ointment the blackness was reduced but in due course of time my forehead turned black again when I stopped using momate s...Please suggest suitable medication to cure it permanently..
You seem to have facial melanosis. There may be some cause. Excessive sun exposure,cosmetics,hair oil,cosmetics,hair dye, pollution, vitamin and mineral deficiencies,internal diseases like thyroid dysfunction...etc can cause facial melanosis. You consult dermatologist and have firm diagnosis.
I would like to recommend as follow..
- vitamin C tab 500 mg twice a day - glutathion containing tab once a day - apply kojic acid gel at night on lesion - sunscreen gel during day time - cleanse the face with glycolic acid containing face wash
Hi, there are many treatment procedure options available now adays for hyper pigmentation like chemical peels, lasers, derma abration, etc. you can do try any of this treatment with a dermatologist, now from my side you I prescribe you a cream which should be applied in night for a month BILUMA cream, sunscreen is must, you should apply it half an hour before outdoor activities LA SHEILD SPF30+ and a face wash AHA GLOW twice or if your skin is oily use thice.
