Suggest Treatment For Hyperactivity In Kids

My son is 3years & 3 months. He has started going to school. The teacher has given feedback that he doesn't sit at one place. Morever he keeps putting things in his mouth. At home is very hyperactive. His speech is not clear & talks only in small phrases. He also has this habit of biting his lower lip. Please suggest a doctor who can help my kid in bangalore. thanks in advance for your great help & support.

If such a child comes in my office I would like to check him for autism and sensory processing disorders. He definitely seems to have speech delay.

If such a child comes in my clinic I would like to do detailed assessment for the child to rule out autism, sensory processing disorder, speech and language delay.
