Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi.
As per your case history of lip hyperpigmentation.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't apply any cosmetics or do any home remedies.
2. Take a vitamin b12 supplement once daily for 3 months.
3. Apply a triamcinolone gel on dark part twice daily.
4. Other treatment options are cosmetic laser treatments done by a dermatologist.

Thanks.
