Suggest Treatment For Hypertension And Anemia

Hi Doctor, i am nearly 21yrs old i mean in december it will fall for 21yrs, my height is 152cm, weight is 50.1kg, and one my Doctor said my Body age is 26, what is mean actually i am 20 yrs old. and my query is , i am suffering from hypo tension, and anemia, that is my HB content is 9.0, and now i am taking some of the medications. for dis , I wanted to know for my age whether these diagnosis are fine or what? and which types of food i should take? plz ans me

I have gone through your query and understood your concerns. I would have loved to see your blood pressure values. At times people tend to think that they have a low blood pressure but the value may be within the normal range. But, however, if you have both hypotension and anemia, it means that might be bleeding either internally or externally. If you are not bleeding externally, then you need to be investigated. You may be bleeding along your gastrointestinal tract (in this case either your stool would be bloody or black tarry with an offensive odour) or pelvic organs (rule out ectopic pregnancy if you are a female with a history of unprotected sex and may be missed period). The cause of these problem needs to be determined first and treated before giving iron supplements. I would advise you see a doctor for more thorough assessment.
