At times people tend to think that they have a low blood pressure but the value may be within the normal range. But, however, if you have both hypotension and anemia, it means that might be bleeding either internally or externally. If you are not bleeding externally, then you need to be investigated. You may be bleeding along your gastrointestinal tract (in this case either your stool would be bloody or black tarry with an offensive odour) or pelvic organs (rule out ectopic pregnancy if you are a female with a history of unprotected sex and may be missed period).
